Terms and Conditions

  1. Services Provided
    • We offer standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services as described on our service list.
    • Services do not include tasks such as heavy lifting, pest removal, outdoor cleaning, or any hazardous work.
    • Additional services must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
  2. Booking & Scheduling
    • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate property details (size, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc.) to ensure correct pricing.
  3. Pricing & Payment
    • Prices are based on the type of cleaning and the condition/size of the property.
    • A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
    • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • We accept cash and Zelle.
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
    • Less than 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee.
    • If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a cancellation.
  5. Access to Property
    • You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.
    • If entry is delayed by more than 15 minutes, additional waiting fees may apply.
  6. Health & Safety
    • Our team will not clean areas considered unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary (e.g., mold, biohazards, infestation).
    • Please keep pets secured during cleaning.
    • We use safe, professional cleaning products. If you prefer your own supplies, please notify us in advance.
  7. Liability
    • While we take great care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not securely placed.
    • Clients must report any dissatisfaction or damage within 24 hours of service.
    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  8. Satisfaction Guarantee
    • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the concern at no extra cost (within reason).
  9. Termination
    • Either party may terminate services with verbal or written notice.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
  10. Privacy
    • All personal information is kept confidential and used only to provide cleaning services.
