Terms and Conditions

Services Provided
We offer standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services as described on our service list.
Services do not include tasks such as heavy lifting, pest removal, outdoor cleaning, or any hazardouswork. Additional services must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 – 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may include an additional fee. You are responsible for providing accurate property
details (size, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc.) to ensure correct pricing.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on the type of cleaning and the condition/size of the property. A deposit may be required to confirm bookings. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, Zelle, or other methods you offer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Less than
24-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50, while 24 – 48 hours appointment would result to a fine of $30. If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a cancellation.

Access to Property
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. If entry is delayed by more
than 15 minutes, additional waiting fees may apply.

Health & Safety
Our team will not clean areas considered unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary (e.g., mold, biohazards, infestation). Please keep pets secured during cleaning. We use safe, professional cleaning products. If you prefer your own supplies, please notify us in advance.

Liability
While we take great care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not securely placed. Clients must report any dissatisfaction or damage within 24 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the concern at no extra cost (within reason).

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

Privacy
All personal information is kept confidential and used only to provide cleaning services.
